Democratic Left (DIMAR) MP Niki Founta resigned on Tuesday from DIMAR parliamentary group.

Shortly before the second vote of the Presidential Election, the now independent deputy sent a letter to Vangelis Meimarakis, speaker of the Hellenic parliament, announcing her decision.
