French President Francois Hollande committed that he will do everything in his power to protect the citizens of France.

Speaking a while ago, amidst the escalating terrorist attacks in Charlie Hebdo and the kosher store in Paris, Hollande stated that his country is in shock.

“This is now known by police officers, and local police forces. France is in shock, since the perpetrators have not yet been arrested. At this hour, the operation is in progress”, he said.

“We will do everything to protect our citizens”, he added and called for all French to gather in unity on Sunday in Paris.

“We assure everyone that people will be safe. All citizens can come. There will be no control on the protestors”, said the Socialist president, suggesting that even far-right supporters will be welcome.
