From Rhodes, once again Mr. Antonis Samaras expressed his confidence for a New Democracy victory.
Taken the opportunity, the Prime Minister referred to a series of matters concerning the islands, mainly tourism development.
As he characteristically mentioned, he carries “the message of victory that will redeem our people”.
In the upcoming elections New Democracy as well as Greece will emerge victorious”, added the Prime Minister.
Furthermore, Mr. Samaras committed on maintaining the existing tax regime of reduced VAT rates in the islands and to support tourism.
Among other, the Prime Minister referred on ENFIA reductions and made a further commitment of no more salary and pension cuts.
