17 tourists and 2 Tunisians among the 21 dead - Perpetrators also dead

Newsroom March 18 03:05

Two gunmen, dressed in military-style clothing, opened fire on Wednesday at a museum in Tunisia, killing at least 21 people.

The shooting developed into a hostage situation which ended shortly after with a raid by security forces, which left the two assailants and one security officer dead.

Following the deadly attack and the hostage situation at Bardo Museum in the country’s capital, Tunis, which is adjacent to the national parliament building, a shocking video within the museum sees the light of publicity.

According to the Tunisian interior ministry, the victims of the attack reach a staggering 21 including 17 foreign tourists, 2 Tunisians and the two perpetrators.

The intensity and anguish of the men of the security forces who are trying to bring under their control the situation in the museum is clearly visible in the video, as is the sound of shooting.
