Turkish Airlines has been awarded the Active Greece Awards 2015. Turkish Airlines General Manager Alp Yavuzeser accepted the award in Athens on Monday.

The award  signifies what an important carrier Turkish Airlines is in Greece, managing to connect more than 260 destinations in the world with flights from Athens and Thessaloniki. The prize also helps develop relations between the two countries.

At the moment there are three daily flights between Athens and Istanbul and two between Thessaloniki and Istanbul.
