“Strange but true” comes to mind on news that a ‘halal’ … sex will open in Islam’s holiest city of Mecca, an establishment that will offer “sensual aids”, according to the Daily Mail.   

The store has reportedly received “stamp of approval” by local mullahs and will sell “Islamically approved” items.

The model for this … Islamic erotic entrepreneurship is El Asira, in the Netherlands, another “approved” shop selling sensual oils. The owner is Moroccan Abdelaziz Aouragh, who said the shop will sell 18 toys identified as being ‘Islamically approved’ – no pics were released.

According to the website Alyaoum24, the owner said the store will cater only to Muslims.

A similar ‘halal’ shop was first opened in Turkey, from where the photo is taken.
