German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble told other eurozone finance ministers that Greece could issue IOUs as a means of interim financing for its domestic needs, German newspaper Handelsblatt claimed on Tuesday. The report refers to statements made by participants at the Eurogroup meeting on Monday when IOUs had been a topic of discussion.
