INGREDIENTS
1 kg chicken thighs
2 large onions, cut into round pieces
3 cloves of garlic
250 g mushrooms, cut into 2 or 4 pieces
250 g cherry tomatoes, cut into two pieces
1 lemon cut into four pieces
fresh rosemary
¾ cup of olive oil
salt, pepper
PREPARATION METHOD
Step 1
Preheat the oven at 180ºC. Place all the ingredients in a deep baking tray and mix them well.
Step 2
Bake for about one hour, stirring frequently so as chicken thighs are cooked on all sides and get golden brown.
