Bobby Roth, the American director of hit series “Lost”, “Grey’s Anatomy” and “Prison Break” will be in Athens from October 29 through to November 4. The purpose of this visit is to teach a master class for young Greek directors who want to master the art of filmmaking.

The list of Roth’s blockbuster series and films is long. He will be in Greece following the invitation of the 38th Drama Film Festival to participate in the festival’s educational platform “Drama Mini Talent Lab”.

The master class will include the viewing of the director’s educational documentary, “The Director Prepares”, that analyzes every stage of the filmmaking process. The director will also be open to answering questions.

The master class will be held at the Trianon cinema (21 Kodrigktonos Street, Athens) at 6 p.m. (local time) on November 1 in English. To participate, contact kinfest@dra.forthnet.gr by October 29.
