Cassie de Pecol is on a quest to set a Guinness World Record on an expedition that includes stopovers in 196 countries, including Greece. The journey is dubbed “The Peaceful Traveler’s Journey’ in which De Pecol hopes to be the first woman to travel to 196 nations in record time. While doing so, she will bring a message of peace and claims that millenials can indeed unite the world.

Set to arrive in Athens on December 7, she will meet with students and Greek authorities as Ambassador of the International Institute for Peace Through Tourism (IIPT) and Skal International – the world’s largest not-for-profit multi-discipline travel and tourism organization.
