While the whole world was holding its breath and hoping for a bloodless outcome of the EgyptAir MS181 plane hijacking in Cyprus, one British passenger on board the plane seemed unfazed from all the hype and was taking a selfie with 59-year old eif Eldin Mustafa! Benn Innes, the 26-year old man from Britain went viral over the internet as his geeky expression next to the hijacker made everyone wonder ‘what is this man thinking…’. His unbelievable explanation was that he did it to see whether the explosives Mustafa claimed he had wrapped around him were real or not! ‘I thought, If the bomb was real I had nothing to lose’, he astonishingly told reporters! In an interview to British newspaper Innes said he sent the selfie to his roommate in Britain with a caption reading ‘You know your boy doesn’t f…ck about!! Turn on the news lad!!!’. Innes was one of the last passengers to be released.
