‘Ashes to ashes dust to dust’…These words bring a chilling effect to us. And rightly so, because they are the words uttered at a funeral. But these photos of inscriptions on tombstones might put a smile on our face, because they are hilarious. What were they thinking…

1. George W. Jr. Tombstone

A perfect way to tell a story of his life is by writing rhyming lines on his stone.

3. Passion May Live Forever

Though death has taken him but this guy wants to be immortal by the things he once loved the most: horse and women.

4. No More No Less

This headstone belongs to Lester Moore who got four shots in his chest from Hank Dunstan’s A 44 caliber revolver. Moore died and buried in “Boothill Graveyard”, Arizona. The writing on his stone became famous tourist attraction of cemetery.

5. Sick Guy

If his family would have heard him he might have lived a little longer.

6. Non-Believer Rest All Dressed Up

The saddest part of all is that he died and now he is dressed up but can’t go anywhere. Very sad!

7. Poor Rex

Poor Rex was living a happy life with his family then one day oriental kid asked to “wok” their dog. End of the story.
