A new protest rally has started in the center of Athens and citizens continue protesting against the social security and tax bill that the government has submitted to the parliament for vote.

There is strong presence of police in the center of Athens and strict security measures, since the government fears of the reaction of the citizens.

The new protest organized by ADEDY and GSEE started at 6pm and will resume at 7pm with PAME that has organized a second protest rally outside the parliament.

Many unions and leftist organizations are participating in the protests.
