Greece’s major opposition party New Democracy released a statement castigating Greek PM Alexis Tsipras on his ‘Fair growth’ economic plan narrative, presented at the Acropolis Museum, Thursday night. The announcement criticises the Greek PM as being audacious and unable to keep his promises. ‘The PM must have a lot of nerve to speak of growth after he is responsible for losing 21bln Euros of Greek GDP in two years 2015-2016’. The blistering announcement goes on to accuse Alexis Tsipras of being the Prime Minister of lies, tax raids, and of pad locks on businesses. ‘The PM that froze the projects and dried up the market, dares speak of growth. He is provoking all the Greeks’, says the statement. Another excerpt says Greeks are uninterested in the pompous events and the promises of Mr. Tsipras.
