The contenders for the four TV national broadcast permits will be nine, after the General Secretariat for Information and Communication accepted the appeals made by two of the companies eliminated from the call to tender in the previous stage and rejected an appeal by Mega TV. More specifically, DIMERA MEDIA INVESTMENTS LIMITED,  which belongs to PAOK football club owner Ivan Savvidis, and ITV CP group from Cyprus will continue in the procedures after the state watchdog accepted their appeals. Apart from these two groups, the other seven still in the running for the four broadcast permits are:

Skai S.A, N.T.V, ANTENNA TV, TPK, E-RADIO-TV and ALTER EGO MME.
