In a very bad psychological condition are the parents of the 53 year old woman who is reported missing in the region Mihaniona in Thessaloniki.
“Help, I have escaped from the window” were the last words that the missing woman told her husband on the phone. After that, there are no signs of her.
The 53 year old married woman was returning home from her work, when the extreme rainfalls started. She was trapped in her car, but then she made it out of the window and called her husband to plead for help.

Her father said at protothema.gr:
“We are thinking the worst. We don’t yet have any sign of her and the authorities that are looking for her haven’t seen anything. The rainfalls were so heavy and unfortunately we are afraid of the worst. My daughter spoke to her husband, who is the last person she had any communication. My son in law told me she was asking for help”.
Her husband went out looking for her but was not able to find her. The tragic irony for the family is that 5 years ago they had lost their son in their house, from an electric shock.
