Protothema.gr brings to light the 6-page secret paper drawn up by the European Stability Mechanism (ESM) which includes a series of proposals on the reduction of the Greek debt. Among the matters the document touches on is the freezing of the floating interest rates and the extension of maturity for the loans. Following is the ESM’s document:
