President Obama’s dog, Sunny, bit a White House guest in the face on Monday. The 18-year-old woman went in to pet and kiss the 4-year-old Portuguese water dog, which Sunny apparently wasn’t in the mood for, and responded by biting her, according to TMZ, who said the victim is a family friend of the Obamas. Obamas’ physician, Dr. Ronny Jackson, examined her and decided she needed stitches. According to the website, she’ll be OK, but was upset over the news that she’ll likely have a scar. The victim posted pictures of the injury and her visit with Dr. Jackson.
The Obamas have another Portuguese water dog – 8-year-old Bo, who has been dubbed “First Dog.”
