Hellinikon: The biggest real estate project in Southern Europe! (VIDEO+PHOTOS)

A true attraction!

Newsroom February 3 04:27

The “Hellinikon project” is one of the biggest, if not actually the biggest real estate project in Europe right now. Lamda Development who undertook the realization of the deal is going to hand in the Master Plan with the details for the 5.300 acres or else the largest seaside real estate fillet in the Mediterranean.

The Master Plan will include residential areas with 5000 luxurious apartments, casino, classy hotels, shopping centers, an aquarium, marinas and of course the Metropolitan Park, which is going to be far bigger that New York’s Central Park!

There is also going to be a 1km wide and 50 meters long sandy beach near Agios Kosmas as well as an artificial wetland and a civil aviation museum in the those few buildings and hungers of the old airport that will be preserved.

Works are expected to start around the beginning of 2018.
