Just a few hours before the Eurogroup, the German Minister of Finance Dr. Schaeuble made a statement saying that there will not be an agreement tonight, as in this meeting there will be an assessment of the progress so far.

The spokesman for the German Ministry of Finance added that the representatives of the institutions will return to Greece top conclude the evaluation of the Greek program very soon.
