The President of Greek opposition party New Democracy, Kyriakos Mitsotakis tweeted on the 6.1 magnitude earthquake that hit off the coast of the island of Lesvos, Monday, stressing that the attention of all was focused on the citizens of Lesvos who were being tested. “We are by their side. A team of our party was on its way there”, he tweeted.
