According to police sources on Monday, a police officer is suspected of having shot and killed his wife, his daughter and his mother-in-law before turning his service revolver onto himself and committing suicide. The bodies were discovered by relatives that went to the family’s home in the West Attica town of Aghii Anargyri on Monday afternoon.

Officers from the Attica Security homicides department are now at the scene, while a coroner is on the way.
