The Greek community in New York is large and really loves Giannis Antetokounmpo. It proved it once again when the Greek Freak was in the Big Apple after the match against the New York Knicks. Dozens of Greek expats patiently waited in line outside the Madison Square Garden holding little flags and souvenirs, eagerly waiting for Giannis to sign them. They expressed their love for the Milwaukee Bucks players, took photos with him and encouraged him to continue on his successful career. Giannis has always welcomed the show of affection he receives from the Greek-American community no matter where he might play.
