Clashes between the anti-riot police forces and demonstrators took place at noon outside a notary at Kapodistriou street in downtown Athens, where electronic auctions were held.

As negotiations between the PAME demonstrators and the police officer in charge were underway so that a five-member committee will be allowed in the office, the police forces attacked the protesters by pushing and using teargas.

At the same time, a meeting is held by executives and members of the People’s Unity outside a notary office, at Stadiou, where an auction is underway of 89 sq.m. house for a debt of 182,000 euros, with a starting price of 85,000 euros!
