Syrian President Bashar al Assad accused Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan of supporting terrorist groups in an exclusive interview with Greek oublication “Kathimerini” and Skai TV.
“Erdogan is with the Muslim Brotherhood,” Mr Assad said, rejecting allegations of his military using chemical weapons, arguing Damascus had handed over its chemical weapons arsenal to the internaitonal community in 2013.
Speaking to journalist Alexis Papachelas, the Syrian President also accused US President Donald Trump of being inconsistent underlining that the only mission the US had accomplished in Syria was to help the terrorists. He estimated the Middle East was in the midst of a new type of global war.
