Greek anti-terrorist officers have trumped their European colleagues in an international competition among elite special forces held in Jordan.
EKAM officers secured the highest score from all European countries in the 10th annual contest between special forces held at a training camp.
Greece took fifth place among 40 elite units from 24 countries.
Each year, the Jordanian Armed Forces invite domestic and international teams from special operations forces and law enforcement units, to participate in the Warrior Competition.
They compete in a series of challenging events designed to test their skills and endurance.
Participants are given the unique opportunity to training and network at one of the most advanced combat-training facilities in the world.
Last year they had excelled as well in the same competition.
