Convicted terrorist Dimitris Koufontinas is on hunger strike demanding a prison leave

Anarchists attacked on the Ethniki Insurance Company on Syngrou Avenue, where the former Prime Minister Antonis Samaras and the New Democracy MPs Vassilis Kikilia and Olga Kefalogiannis attended a party event, took place a few minutes ago.

According to information, about 20 people threw firecrackers at the security men at the site and they caused damage to two parked cars.

The event entitled “Culture in the everyday life of citizens: Safety and quality of life in Athens” was organized by the municipal councilor candidate for the Municipality of Athens with Kostas Bakoyannis, Nikolaos Makropoulos.

No injuries have been reported.

Same scenery in Thessaloniki

At the time in Thessaloniki, people from the anarchists called out slogans in favor of Dimitris Koufontinas and threw leaflets outside Olympion theater, while candidate Vangelis Meimarakis was giving a speech.
