The prosecutor of the Supreme Court appealed on the verdict to reject the request for a prison leave of the hit-man of the terrorist organization 17 November.

Dimitris Koufontinas has started a hunger strike since May 3rd.

On Friday morning he was transferred to the Intensive Care Unit of the Volos hospital.

In the last few days there have been many attacks with petrol bombs by anarchists in support of Koufontinas.
