Greek tennis champions Stefanos Tsitsipas did not only knock out the world no.1 ranked player in the Shanghai Masters, but he left out the crowd favourite, as Djokovic had won the title 4 times in the past.

Djokovic had won the trophy in China 4 times in the last 2018 and had become the Chinese public’s beloved player.

Despite this, the crowd acknowledged the Greek champ at the end of the match, as did his opponent in his statements, showing their appreciation with a huge round of applause.
