A 4.0-magnitude earthquake on the Richter scale was recorded 122 kilometres southwest of Athens, according to the National Astronomical Institute’s Geodetic Institute.
The epicentre of the tremor is located in the sea area 51 kilometres southwest of the island of Hydra.
No damage or injuries were reported.
