PAOK: “There are 24 hours in a day, the sun rises in the morning & we play against Benfica or Ajax every summer”

Ajax's quick answer

Newsroom September 1 11:29

In the official account of PAOK FC on social media, there was a…sarcasm “recital” after the draw with Benfica FC for the 3rd qualifying round of the Champions League.

They were sure that he would face the most difficult possible obstacle.

Every year PAOK experiences its own version of the “Groundhog Day”.

And, of course, 2020, with all the goodies it has brought us, could not be an exception.

At PAOK, they probably smiled ironically when they saw that they were drawn with Benfica once again and here is what they posted on the team’s twitter account:

There are 24 hours in a day, the sun rises in the morning, the water boils at 100 degrees, and we play against @SLBenfica or @AFCAjax every summer #TrueStory #UCL #draw pic.twitter.com/deCFsm213e
