Two suddenly die in Karditsa

Their vaccination status remains unclear

Newsroom January 5 12:40

An 18-year-old male and a 33-year-old woman suddenly died in the region of Karditsa sinking the local community in grief.

The teenager reportedly lost consciousness while in a cafeteria and was immediately taken to the hospital in Karditsa, where doctors tried for many hours to keep him alive, but to no avail.

According to reports, the 18-year-old suffered a heart attack.

At the same time, in Karditsomagoula, a 33-year-old woman, while at home, also suddenly collapsed.

An EKAB ambulance rushed to the spot and transported the woman to the hospital of Karditsa. Unfortunately, the 33-year-old died despite the efforts of the medical staff.

An autopsy-necropsy was ordered to determine the exact causes of death.

Their vaccination status remains unclear.
