Greek journalist Nikos Katsikas was murdered in Egypt, with local authorities already arresting a suspect, according to Al Ahram.
According to the Egyptian newspaper, the local authorities estimate that the motive of the murderer was the robbery of Katsikas, who worked as a correspondent for the Athenian News Agency in Cairo and collaborated with ERT for a number of years.
The body of Nikos Katsikas was found at his home in Giza last Saturday, after days that had not given any signs of life.
The journalist was killed by a knife and police arrested a food delivery man who knew the victim, Al Ahram reported.
