The second round of talks between Ukraine and Russia will begin tonight, according to the Russian state news agency Tass, citing an aide to Volodymyr Zelensky, and confirmed by reports from their envoys to the international media.
“The Ukrainian delegation is ready for negotiations, as long as there are no ultimatums from the Russian side, while there is no exact time for the meeting”.
This was stated earlier on Wednesday by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba.
“We are now ready for negotiations and diplomacy, but we are not ready to accept any Russian ultimatum … It is not known at this time when the next negotiations will take place”, RIA Novosti quoted Kuleba as saying.
