ND leads SYRIZA by 9 points in poll

Nearly 80% of citizens say they can bearly get by due to high prices

Ruling New Democracy (ND) leads major opposition SYRIZA by 9 points, according to an MRB poll, as ND received 34.9% and SYRIZA at 25.9%, in a poll on behalf of Newsbomb.gr.

New Democracy leads PASOK by almost 20 points in the polls amid the Middle East flare-up

The Movement for Change (KINAL) had 16.4%, while the Hellenic Solution is recorded with 6%, the Communist Party (KKE) with 5.5%, and the MeRA25 with 3.8%.

The most popular political leader is PM Kyriakos Mitsotakis, with positive opinions at 35.3%, followed by Alexis Tsipras at 31%.

A very large percentage of respondents (77%) state that they are unable or unwilling to pay their financial obligations, while two out of three believe that SYRIZA would not offer more substantial help to households.
