On the morning of April 14, 2022, His Eminence Metropolitan Cleopas of Sweden and All Scandinavia gave an interview to the journalist and reporter Ms. Biserka Borisova, on the largest television channel in Sweden, SVT.
The interview was aired the same day, on the evening news, and focused on the celebration of Easter in the Greek Community of Sweden, as well as the war in Ukraine and the thousands of refugees who are fleeing to Scandinavia.

“It is painful to see the bloodshed between brothers. We will welcome our brethren from Ukraine, the refugees, especially the little children will be the first ones to receive the Holy Light”, Metropolitan Cleopas said commenting on the war in Ukraine and the refugees fleeing the region.
