The Turkish Interior Minister acknowledges that while the world was dealing with the pandemic, Ankara was promoting its provocative plans

Ankara was pursuing its own agenda as the international community turned its attention to managing the coronavirus pandemic, Turkish Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu cynically admitted.

Speaking at an iftar dinner in Trabzon, Soylu acknowledged with pride that while world leaders were dealing with the pandemic, his country was showing strength (sic) in the Eastern Mediterranean, Hagia Sophia, Cyprus and Libya.
