At least 50 Orthodox Christian icons were found scattered along the coast of Evia in the area of ​​Lampsako on Sunday morning.
The icons were discovered by a man walking along the beach. He was suddenly confronted with the strange spectacle of dozens of icons of saints which had been washed ashore.

As he describes in evima.gr, arriving at the sea he was left in shock when he saw the icons in the shallow waters saying he was baffled as to why and how this had happened.

As he said, he could not believe his eyes when he saw at least 50 images scattered along the beach.
