Greek PM Kyriakos Mitsotakis met with the Co-CEO of Netflix, Greek-American Ted Sarandos, at Maximos Hall on Thursday.

At the meeting, the Prime Minister presented the Greek government’s vision for the audiovisual sector. During the meeting, the PM noted that the government highly valued the economic and cultural potential of the sector, but also the opportunity it offers for the promotion of Greece on the world stage.

The meeting was attended, from the Greek side, by the Minister of State and Digital Governance Kyriakos Pierrakakis, the Deputy Minister responsible for Contemporary Culture Nikolas Giatromanolakis, the Secretary General of Digital Governance and Simplification of Procedures Leonidas Christopoulos, and the head of the Prime Minister’s Economic Office Alexis Patelis.
