Tourist from Spain fell to her death from the Acropolis

The woman was 30 years old

A tragedy unfolded at noon on Tuesday at the Acropolis when a 30-year-old tourist fell to her death from the Areopagus rock.

The tourist from Spain most probably slipped and suffered lethal brain injuries. The young woman was unconscious when an ambulance picked her up and she was pronounced dead.

An unconscious woman was pulled from an inaccessible location, on the hill of the Areopagus #Akropolis and was picked up by an #EMS ambulance. 3 #firefighters with 1 vehicle were involved, as assistance to the E.K.A.B.
