As of today, the online platform for third country nationals to apply for the provisions of Article 193 is online.

According to this article, a new procedure for granting residence permits is established, which provides access to paid employment, as well as to the provision of services to interested persons who:

α) hold a declaration of an offer of employment from an employer in Greece for their employment as a dependent worker or service provider or project.

b) They have resided in Greece until 30 November 2023 without a residence permit without their residence status being regulated and continue to reside in Greece.

c) They have completed at least three consecutive years of residence in Greece prior to the submission of the application, according to documents of definite date.

The platform will accept applications until the end of 2024 at: https://portal.immigration.gov.gr/electronic-applications.
