The centre of Athens is inaccessible with the streets around Syntagma closed due to a protest rally.

In particular, the police have moved to implement traffic regulations as an anti-war KKE rally is underway in Syntagma Square.

A rally is organized by the Attica Party Organization of the KKE “against involvement in the war”.

Dimitris Koutsoumbas, General Secretary of the KKE KKE, speaks at Syntagma.

The rally has the slogan: “No military mission outside the borders! Stop the country’s participation in the wars of the USA – NATO – EU. The hope in the struggle of the people!”
