Man arrested with heroin, cocaine and drug pills in Volos

The packages were seized, while the 39-year-old offender was arrested

A 39-year-old Greek man was looking for buyers during the night in Volos, who was subjected to a check by officers of the O.P.K.E. and in his possession were found four “fixakia” with quantities of heroin weighing a total of 3.73 grams and another with cocaine weighing 0.14 grams.

The packages were seized, while the 39-year-old perpetrator was arrested and brought to the Security, where a case was formed against him with charges of possession of drugs with the purpose of trafficking and was referred to the prosecutor of the Volos Prosecutor’s Office.

He was caught driving with drugs on him

He did not have a driving licence, he was stopped for control by the police officers of the O.P.K.E. in Ionia Odos, on Tuesday night and had drugs on him.

The police found 5.4 grams of dried cannabis, six grams of processed cannabis and 13 narcotic pills without a doctor’s prescription and so he was arrested and a case was filed against him for violation of the Road Traffic Code and drug legislation, with which he was taken to the prosecutor of Agrinio.
