A new tool for rapid and reliable lung cancer diagnosis will soon be available, and it will be free to the scientific and hospital community.
This tool features advanced characteristics of high artificial intelligence, as it is “self-learning” and also carries a…Greek “stamp of approval”.
The Greek professor Aristotelis Tsirigos, from the Departments of Pathology and Medicine at NYU School of Medicine and the Perlmutter Cancer Center, where he serves as co-director of the Department of Precision Medicine and director of Applied Bioinformatics Laboratories, expects the official endorsement of this significant group effort, which he leads, after seven years of study and research in this field. The publication is set to appear in the prestigious scientific journal Nature Communications on Monday, June 11.
