The voter turnout for the European elections reached 32.9% by 17:30, as announced by the Deputy Minister of the Interior, Theodoros Livanios.
According to the information received by the Ministry of the Interior from the judicial representatives of the polling stations, 3,161,816 voters had exercised their right to vote one and a half hours before the polls closed.
The highest participation rates, although still well below 40%, are seen in the regions of Attica, Crete, and Thessaly, while the lowest are in the Ionian Islands, the Peloponnese, and the North Aegean.

– Eastern Macedonia and Thrace: 30.5%
– Central Macedonia: 33.8%
– Western Macedonia: 29.4%
– Epirus: 33.1%
– Thessaly: 34%
– Ionian Islands: 26%
– Western Greece: 31%
– Central Greece: 34.6%
– Attica: 35.1%
– Peloponnese: 28.1%
– North Aegean: 29%
– South Aegean: 28.5%
– Crete: 35%
