Magnesia: Drunk husband beat his wife, threatened her with a shotgun “if you talk I will kill you”

The couple's child was present in the incident

Newsroom June 11 09:23

A woman and her young child in the village of Rizomilos in Magnesia lived in terror when last Saturday her husband returned home drunk, beat her and threatened her with a shotgun.

“If you talk I will kill you,” he told her, pointing the gun at her, and pointed it at their terrified child.

According to gegonota.news, the husband, of Albanian origin, entered the house, attacked the woman, wounded her with punches and kicks in the eye and lips, and threatened his child with a gun so that he would not take his mother’s side.

Eventually the woman grabbed the child, got out of his hands and went to the police station with officers arresting the man who faces charges of indecent assault, domestic battery, threatening a minor child, causing dangerous bodily harm and unlawful possession of a shotgun and ammunition.
