The ban on the marketing and sale of dietary supplements has been decided by the National Organisation for Medicines (EOF).
The preparations are branded SWANSON Czarny Bez Agaricus Echinacea, Immune Essentials and Reishi Mushroom by Pro Sport s.c. Mikolaj Filarski, Malgorzata Majdaniec, Poland (supplier).

The FDA proceeded with the ban after being informed that they contain unapproved novel foods as ingredients. The above products were supplied from Poland.
Businesses that have supplied it are obliged to implement this. This Decision is a precautionary measure for the protection of public health.
