Prime Minister of North Macedonia, Kristian Mitskoski, blatantly violated the Prespa Agreement once again, as in his statements at the NATO Summit he referred to his country as “Macedonia”, and reportedly spoke of a “Macedonian government” and a “Macedonian army”.
Ignoring both Greek and allied warnings, Mitskoski repeated the provocations that he and the President of the neighboring country have been tending to repeat lately.
Specifically, Mitskoski said: “As a small nation, we want to affirm that what is important for us is to make the most significant decisions that will shape the future of humanity in the coming decades during the days when we discuss important issues here. And we will make our contribution; ‘Macedonia’ as a country intends to continue operating and promoting values in this way. As the government of ‘Macedonia’, we want to stand shoulder to shoulder with our allies and affirm the libertarian spirit of the Macedonian people and citizens of ‘Macedonia’.”
