Two people were killed and 13 injured when a balcony connecting apartments collapsed in the Scampi area just outside Naples, Italy.

Seven children are among the injured, according to Italian media.

The building is a social housing complex, inhabited by poor families, and is one of the last remaining in the area, which is mainly known for the activities of the local mafia, the Camorra.
