Police officers have been investigating a bizarre case of shots fired during last night at a business located in an area of the Malevizios municipality in Heraklion.

The perpetrator or perpetrators shot at the business located on a main road in Gazi and then fled the scene in a car.

Based on the evidence so far, there has been damage to the glass of the business and there were no injuries as it was closed at the time and no citizens were passing by the site.

Authorities’ investigations are turning to the search for camera footage.

The business has reportedly been subject to sabotage in the past.
